Located in both Timmins and Sudbury, we are a locally owned and operated, asphalt & lawn maintenance company. We are a proud member of, and in good standing with, the Timmins Chamber of Commerce. We at N.E.A.L only use the the top of the line industrial liquid asphalt sprayers which are required in order to provide a professional finish to your asphalt surface.

Liquid asphalt cannot be purchased in any hardware, department or industrial supply stores, therefore it is not available to the general public, but rather must be purchased in bulk at the ashpalt manufacturing plants such as Lafarge Canada and McAsphalt in southern ontario. Liquid Asphalt (Blac Mac) requires special licensing to both purchase and carry. Our staff is fully trained and operate under our company code of conduct. We are covered by WCB.

We believe that a satisfied client is a repeat client. Our goal is to reseal your asphalt every 2-3 years and areate your lawn every spring and fall.
